Coqueiral Media Group ("we", "us", "our") operates the website webradiocoqueiral.com.br and provides audio production and streaming services from Lansing, Michigan, United States. • Server logs — IP address, browser type, referring page, requested URL and timestamp, recorded by our web host for security and troubleshooting.

• Delivered audio backups: 12 months after final delivery, then deleted.
• Server logs: 90 days.
• Cookie consent record: 12 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Residents of California may additionally request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Client audio and documents are held in access-controlled storage with encryption at rest, accounts use multi-factor authentication, and access is limited to the staff working on your project. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify affected individuals without undue delay if a breach is likely to result in a risk to their rights.

10. Links to other sites

Our pages may link to external websites such as podcast directories. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, place a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days.
