Where is Coqueiral Media Group based?
Our studio and registered business address is 579 Franklin Street, Lansing, Michigan 48924, USA. All production work is carried out at that location by our own staff.
Who owns the company?
The company is owned and run by John Smith, who founded it in 2016 and still works on client projects as chief engineer.
Do you work with clients outside Michigan?
Yes. About two thirds of our clients are elsewhere in the United States. Recording can happen in our Lansing rooms, in your own space using equipment we specify, or in a remote session that we direct live.
How do I get a quote?
Send a short brief through the contact page, or call +1 (832) 375-8846 during studio hours. You will get a written proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed price, usually within one business day.
What does a project cost?
Podcast episodes start at $340, commercial spots at $260 and station setup at $690. Monthly packages start at $390. Full details are on the pricing page and the quote you receive is fixed, not an estimate.
How fast is turnaround?
72 hours for a standard podcast episode, five business days for a commercial spot, and ten to fifteen business days for a station setup or migration. A 24-hour rush option is available at a 40% surcharge.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds per deliverable are included in every package and project price. Additional rounds are quoted before they are started.
Who owns the finished audio?
You do. Ownership of masters, stems, artwork and session files transfers to you on final payment. We keep a backup copy for twelve months purely for recovery purposes, and delete it on request.
Can you take over a station built by someone else?
Yes, and we do it often. We audit the current setup, document what we find and migrate in stages so the live stream is never interrupted.
What file formats do you deliver?
Broadcast masters in 48 kHz / 24-bit WAV, distribution copies in MP3 at 192–320 kbps, and stems or FLAC on request. Every master ships with a loudness report.
Do you offer contracts, and can I cancel?
Monthly packages have an initial three-month term and then continue month to month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. There are no automatic price rises and no auto-renewing annual lock-ins.
How do you handle my personal data?
We collect only what we need to answer an enquiry and deliver a project, we do not sell data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this website. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH bank transfer, all major credit cards and business cheques. Invoices are net 14 days.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We will sign your NDA or supply our standard mutual agreement before receiving confidential material.
